Manager Real Estate (100%)

 

In this role, you will lead and execute the company’s real estate expansion strategy across Switzerland, combining strategic vision with hands-on project delivery. You will identify high-potential opportunities, manage complex developments, and actively contribute to the long-term strength of the real estate portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the national real estate expansion strategy and pipeline
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic locations, including growth and white-spot opportunities
  • Lead complex real estate and development projects, including stakeholder and authority presentations
  • Negotiate, structure, and finalize contracts and related documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Asset Management to optimize and future-proof the existing portfolio
  • Prepare market analyses, reports, and clear decision-making recommendations

 

What You Need to Be Successful

  • A hands-on, well-connected real estate professional with a strong strategic mindset
  • Degree in real estate (university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the Swiss real estate market, ideally in retail
  • Strong network in Switzerland, especially in German-speaking regions
  • Excellent negotiation skills with an autonomous, structured working style
  • High resilience, strong organization skills, and willingness to travel nationwide
  • Native German speaker with very good French; Swiss German and English are assets
